The Charter
ten rules — each its own card, each with its plain words underneath
The bank gives, never takes.
Nothing here is bought, billed, or owed back. Every door in this bank opens outward — toward the people.
The split is 45/20/35, on-chain, unchangeable.
Every week the new energy splits three ways: 45% the people's fund, 20% the bank's work, 35% the world — the World/Land Restoration Fund. The chain holds the rule; nobody can edit it.
One human, one allocation.
A claimed name stands for exactly one share. One name is one human — never two humans on one name, never one human on two names.
Claim one, burn one, receive one kWh.
A claimed human burns one coin and one metered kilowatt-hour arrives. That is the whole trade, with nothing hidden inside it.
The source is called power plants; the power is real.
The meters point at the power plants — nine running and one in reserve, eleven meters in the fleet. Every kilowatt-hour is measured and signed. Nothing here is a promise.
Governance is one human, one vote.
No council of the few: every verified human carries exactly one vote, and no vote weighs more than another.
The people govern the people's fund and the world's fund; the bank's share answers to its owner.
The people's fund is decided by the people's vote. The world's/land's 35% — the World/Land Restoration Fund — is spent the way the people choose, through the Court of Conscious Aware Peers, with the sovereign's veto as the guard. The bank's operations answer to the bank's owner. Each keeps its own house.
Burns are never gated, taxed, or throttled.
No queue, no fee, no permission slip. A burn is a burn — every time, for everyone, at full strength.
The reserve saves 60 days before the first distribution.
The vault holds sixty days of the fund safe and sound before the first weekly share ever leaves the door.
Every number on every page can be checked against the chain.
Tap any number on any page and trace it back to the signed chain. Nothing is asked on faith; everything is checkable.
Every verified human — one vote. The chamber holds the people's side of the vote and the people's fund.
in plain words: claim your name, cast your vote. No one votes twice, and no one is left out.
The bank's operations — it executes only what passes. The chamber carries the meters, the ledgers, and the weekly delivery.
in plain words: the bank's clerks and machines carry out what the vote passes — and nothing that does not pass.
neither chamber owns the other — the 45/20/35 split stands above both: the people 45, the bank 20, the world/land 35
in plain words, casting a vote: when the council opens, a citizen’s wallet signs the vote on-chain — one person, one vote, enforced by citizenship, never by coin count. The roll is taken at the onboarding door (the claim’s own port): claim once, and your name stands for exactly one vote. Stewards — peers holding at least 6,854,101.966249685 E coins (phi⁴ million) — may propose the world’s restoration projects the court votes on; wealth proposes, never decides.
the line the chain holds — one column of hands, one column of the vault
The chamber votes and the flow obeys — on the people's side only:
• the profit loops — approve, pause,
rebalance
• energy-use priorities
• pool terms
• commercial flagging
• the Bloom's release policy
The vault's side — the chamber's hands never reach it:
• the hot wallet + every coin in it
• the bank's 20%
• treasury deployments
• the mint authority, the oracle, the meter
• the split
the people govern the people's side ONLY — no vote ever crosses the wallet line
the governance that covers the coin and everything it touches — every verified human holding the coin is a peer of the court
When you hold the coin, you hold a voice in how the world gets restored. The world's/land's 35% — the World/Land Restoration Fund — is spent the way the peers choose: the court proposes, the peers vote, and the flow carries the money to the restoration the people picked. Our goal is a planet worth living on — and the people who hold the people's coin decide how the restoration happens.
The Stewards. A peer holding at least 6,854,101.966249685 E coins — phi&sup4; million, the bank's own golden beat made into a stake, about $1.2M at the live retail price — is a Steward of the Court: stewards propose the world's restoration projects the court votes on. Wealth proposes, never decides: every verified human still holds exactly one vote.
in plain words: the peers choose how the world is restored with the money that is funded — and the sovereign holds the veto, so the planet gets healed, never destroyed. Stupid decisions never leave the courtroom.
the chamber contracts a distributor to a community — the golden 618 bps of their community's delivery tolls, booked from the people's side
• takes on a community — the chamber
contracts them to a region
• deploys and operates the nodes + purchase points
• distributes the bank's power and books delivery
• earns the φ-share (618 bps — the golden share) of
their community's delivery tolls, paid from the people's money
feeding the people's distributors — never the bank's half
The meter audits alone — no politics.
A distributor who delivers keeps the contract; a distributor whose metered deliveries stall loses the tier — the same vote, the same relay, no side doors.
in plain words: distributor — a citizen the chamber sends to a community to run the bank's power on the ground; they get paid only out of what their own community's meters actually deliver.
the live proposal board — fresh every 2.618 s
the council wakes — the board breathes
in plain words: how many humans have claimed their one share — the roll only ever counts claimed names
write your wallet and the roll answers — nothing is posted and nothing is claimed from this page
in plain words: staking — staking means setting coins aside so the power plants pay you a weekly slice of what they earn.
in plain words: what the reserve earns splits three ways — 45% fills the people's fund, 20% runs the bank's operations, and 35% goes to the world's restoration fund, spent the way the people choose through the Court of Conscious Aware Peers; every week the fund is shared equally by every citizen — and the coil returns to its tail, because the giving never stops
POWER is the chain that sleeps inside the reserve. When it wakes, the wave is the ledger.
It's a claim on real power. One coin = one kilowatt-hour, delivered by the power plants. Burn one and the meter delivers one. Hold one and the reserve stands behind it. Stake it and the plants pay you weekly.
KEYS → SEAL → CHAIN → GATE — the four-stage trust over every number
The bank gives. One human. One allocation. One share. Every week.
