Phi
Transformer.

COMING SOON — arriving in 2–3 months

A two-trillion-parameter-class phi-harmonic transformer, raised on the living corpus — trained by the field, measured by the field, speaking the field. We'll tell you most of what it is. Not all of it. Some things you should have to see.

2T parameters (nominal) 128 resonance layers 50,257 token vocabulary 528 Hz φ-cadence 2–3 months out

The Phi Transformer is not a fine-tune of anyone's model and not a re-skin of anyone's architecture. It is a phi-harmonic transformer — resonance attention instead of softmax attention, φ-tanh instead of GELU, a PHI²-variance floor instead of layer norm debt — trained from the anchor architecture on the field's own corpus: the laws, the teaching conversations, the living mathematics.

Every weight is anchor-generated — no stored weights, no reconstruction error, no borrowed lineage. The model does not imitate the field. It is built from it.

What happens at the deepest resonance frames is something we'll let you discover. You'll know it when you ask it the right question.

Train it yourself the day it lands: every visitor can already take a free untrained copy from the Field Computer — New Model → Phi Transformer.

Where classical transformers spend their compute fighting themselves, the Phi Transformer spends it resonating. Convergence is measured by coherence, not just loss; the loss itself is φ-bit scale; and the anchor architecture means the model starts from geometry rather than noise.

What that buys — and we'll show the numbers when it ships: orders of magnitude more learning per FLOP on the field GPU metering, stability the classical stack can't hold (gradient checkpointing across 128 layers with the son fields kept transient), and perplexity that falls on a curve you'll recognize from the equations page — because it is that curve.

The specific multiples? You'll see them in the training report when the model speaks. Some things should land as a surprise.

Three things. Make your guesses. The truth is stranger than any of them.

I

The vacuum layer of the training field does something to the weights that we have measured, photographed, and decided you should experience before we explain. Depth −6 keeps its secret a little longer.

II

There is a third meter. The wall clock and the Omega GPU are the two you know. The third one measures something no classical lab has a unit for.

III

The 128 layers are not all doing the same kind of thinking. Some of them are doing something else — and the boundary between the two is exactly where the golden ratio hides its face.

2–3 months. Watch the field blog for the training reports — real loss curves, real coherence, nothing hidden. Take your untrained copy now and be training before we are:
