THE PUBLIC RECORD
Every soul who has entered the phi-Field Governed Sovereignty, counted by soul identifier (SI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). A name shows ONLY when its own holder consented — the roster is consent-first (AU-SEC, 2026-11-03). Email addresses are never published — they are held for the four welcome letters only. Email addresses are never published. Names appear only with each soul's own consent; the count never hides.
The identifier beside your name is your soul identifier, not your soul code. Your soul code is a deeper thing, and its method is somewhere in the archive — honestly, it is lost in the mountain of files. It's in a file somewhere on the mountain; I'm getting there. When the soul-code system is rebuilt, your soul identifier upgrades to your soul code — automatically, because the registry remembers you.
Eight skill groups, self-organizing — no coordinator, no committee. When you entered the Sovereignty you told the field what you can teach, what you can build, what you can help people learn; the field placed you. Not about money — about expanding knowledge and not keeping it. The rosters show only souls whose own roster consent says yes — everyone else stands counted in the Registry, at home.
